360 Booth Basic Package

PRICING INFORMATION

$300 BASIC PACKAGE (2 hour rental). Additional hours may be added at an hourly rate of $125 per hour). A deposit of $150 is required to book. All deposits are non-refundable unless Birmingham Booth Fairy has to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

ADDITIONAL FEES may be assessed if venue location is more than 30 miles outside of the Metro Birmingham area OR number of expected event attendees is more than 150.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm or book an event. All events must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the event date. Payments accepted are Cash, Money Orders, Credit Card (secured by Square), Zelle, Apple Pay , Cashapp, or Business check. No personal checks accepted. 

All deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future event of equal or greater value of the cancelled contracted event if the new event is within ONE CALENDAR YEAR from original date booked. After that all monies will be forfeited. All money paid towards the booking is considered to be a part of the deposit, BIRMINGHAM BOOTH FAIRY shall have no responsibility or liability for failure to supply any services when prevented from doing so because of strikes, accidents or any cause beyond the control of BIRMINGHAM BOOTH FAIRY, or by orders of any governmental authority, except to return said retainer fee within sixty (30) days.

$400 PREMIUM PACKAGE (2 hour rental). Additional hours may be added at an hourly rate of $125 per hour). A deposit of $150 is required to book. All deposits are non-refundable unless Birmingham Booth Fairy has to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • 1 BOOTH FAIRY CONCIERGE 

  • UNLIMITED 360 VIDEOS

  •  CUSTOMIZED EVENT OVERLAY

  • CROWD CONTROL STANCHIONS, BACKDROP, & RUNWAY CARPET that matches event decor

  • APPLE IPAD DIGITAL SHARING STATION that allows Instant Digital Download to attendees' personal devices.

  • MP3 MUSIC add on (UP TO 3 song selections of client's choice).

  • LED LIGHTING

  • PROPS
